Distribution Strategies: Brokers, DSD, Partners, and Regional-First Playbooks

There is no single path to distribution—and choosing the wrong one can slow growth or erode margins. This session explores the different routes brands can take to get to shelf, from broker-led models to direct store delivery (DSD) and regional-first expansion strategies.

Panelists will break down the tradeoffs between control, cost, and scale, and share how brands are sequencing their distribution strategies based on stage, category, and retail goals. Attendees will gain a clearer framework for selecting the right partners and pathways to build sustainable, efficient growth.
